What in the course is important to keep, and what is important to change?

I would keep everything the way it is. A suggestion would be to ask a light technician to come and help to work the lights at the theater. It would probably be a good idea to have him/her make a talk or a presentation on how to use lights to enhance our magic.

Keep fika, there is much fun stuff going on during the breaks when you sit and chat with other course members.
We could have started earlier to work with our acts. In the beginning we talked a lot about concepts. I also think it could have been good if we cold take just one of the acts and worked on one concept together in a big group just to get a better understanding on how to apply tings we learned more hands on.
Bra att fa tid att jobba med sin act vore fint med feedback från Leif och Tom. Hade varit roligt att Göra något konkret med Oskar.
I wouldn’t change anything, honestly. Perhaps a more inspiring pyro lecturer…
Please, keep the friendly, open, and judgement-free atmosphere. I can’t think of anything that’s really that important to change.
Perhaps still a bit more structured content would be great.
I’m not sure. Perhaps more planning needs to go into spaces to rehearse for the Exploring the act as some people’s acts took up an entire room. Maybe a warm up is required for this course. I know not all people are used to it but I believe some of the group found it difficult getting up on their feet and getting to work physically on their acts. Perhaps some kind of physical or vocal warm up might help energise the group from day two onwards? On the days we literally begin getting up and working on our acts proper.
Mat the “EXAM” get a little long. I dint have a solution, but earlier it is a maximum time limit. Time to work on your own is important to keep.
I think that it might be a good idea to have the course being like a collection of different tools available for building an act. Showing the collection of available tools is a good idea.
Formatet ska man absolut behålla. Jag uppskattade att vi i Exploring the act fick tillgång till scenen hela eftermiddagen så att vi hann förbereda en lite mer sammanhållen föreställning. Jag förstår att det var olyckliga omständigheter som gjorde att det blev problem med mörkläggningen och ljuset, och att det dök upp extra akter med mycket kort varsel. Men om det går att undvika nästa gång så är det förstås bra.
Behåll Sigtuna, den fantastiska inkluderande stämningen och alla deltagare. Ändra praktisk tillverkning har jag upplevt som ett skönt avbräck i det vi håller på med. Inte minst i exploring the act som i sig inte är lika innehållsrik i förändring.
