Challenges and stimulation
The course’s design, content and implementation stimulated me and/or challenged my previous knowledge in a constructive manner.

Det har ändrat min syn på vår konstform. Jag utmanar mig mer i mitt skapande än vad jag gjorde innan.
As I wrote earlier, the content and discussions of the course were very inspiring. The fact that it was a diverse group us students helped this further. Even the teachings of concepts, that I had been working with before (and that I felt like I knew completely) gave me a deeper understanding. It was nice to experience this something that I find rare after working with magic in over 15 years.
Also, in the Magi 2 course there was this feeling of moving out into unexplored areas of magic, which I liked a lot. So the work of the students also became a research of the potentials of magic and not on techniques to learn to be able to make a performance.
Though, I missed a bit more lectures/outside stimulations in this process. I think these stimulations were more present in the Magi 1 course than on the Magi 2..
Well it did, but I would say that Magi was a more intense revelation to me.
Every day I was thinking about how to implement what I learned in my own work. My brain was hurting in a very good way!
The courses has helped me to better make use of all the experience and knowledge I already have but seldom fully use. The different exercises makes the students think in new ways and approach problem soling in new ways which (when combined with restrictions like time and only having a handfull of predetermined items to work with) sparks creativity in a way that keeps you motivated to continue working on your material long after the course has finished.
