Looking forward to next year!
I am very satisfied with what I gained from the course. If I could, I would sign up for next year right now. Now that I know what to expect, I will come prepared with a few things for next year. I think I will gain even more during a second session.
Yeah!
I’ve been doing magic for 30 years, 20 of them professionally, so I kind of know the basics already. I was kind of a point where I felt it was really difficult for me to find ways to Improve.
This was exactly what I needed and was looking for. Something to deepen my understanding in magic and performing. Now I have tools and ideas how to improve my magic and rise hopefully to the next level. I couldn’t be more happier that I attended Conjuring, it was time well spent!
I am satisfied with the teachings of the course and what I have learnt, I’d recommend the course to any person wanting to push their comfort zone while performing and learn some expert lessons.
All in all, it was excellent.
The best thing I’ve done in years, probably the biggest boost to my creativity and magic that I’ve ever received.
Totally. I would love to come back next year (group B this time).
Very satisfied. Since the first year of Conjuring Workshop I said “it sounds so good, I must go one day” and every year was “I am not ready, maybe next year” This time I convinced myself that if I wait to feel ready I don’t never go. So is this year or never. I am very happy to finally had gone to Sigtuna.
Coming into this course, I really didn’t know what to expect, and I felt quite insecure about my abilities, especially given my focus on mentalism rather than traditional sleight-of-hand magic. However, the experience turned out to be transformative in ways I couldn’t have anticipated.
The turning point for me came after Saturday’s performance. Receiving the “you did good!” feedback from Tom was incredibly validating and boosted my confidence significantly. It made me realize just how much I had grown as a performer over the course of the week. Even though I wasn’t able to remember and implement everything I had learned in that single performance, I could feel the impact of the training in my approach and execution.
What’s truly exciting is the potential for future growth based on what I’ve learned. I now have a wealth of new principles and techniques that I can use to build and refine my show. I’m confident that implementing these learnings will make my performances SO MUCH better than they would have been without this week in Sigtuna.
The course pushed me out of my comfort zone, challenged my preconceptions, and provided me with invaluable tools to enhance my craft. It wasn’t just about learning tricks or techniques; it was about developing as a performer and an artist.
This was definitely a 10/10 experience for me. The quality of instruction, the supportive environment, the comprehensive curriculum, and the opportunities for growth all combined to create an unforgettable and incredibly valuable learning experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back in 2025 to continue this journey of growth and improvement.
In conclusion, despite my initial insecurities, this course has exceeded all my expectations. It has not only improved my skills but also boosted my confidence and opened up new avenues for creativity in my performances. I’m leaving with a renewed passion for my craft and a clear path for future development.
Yes, very much! Beyond expectation, would have loved a few more days.
I really enjoyed the week, thought a lot about magic and made new friends. What more could you wish for .
I can’t wait for next year. I just want it to be two weeks! Or three months!
Absolutely super satisfied!!!
I think this course is an amazing opportunity to learn a host of critical skills. Skills such as interpersonal relations, diplomacy, respect for others, the value of constructive feedback, the value of practice and new ways of doing thinks.
I would have liked to dive deeper into the topics and approach them from a magician’s perspective.
I feel even more creatively energized than last year. I feel grateful to be a part of this amazing community of artists.
Absolutely, every aspect of it was really good and I think I got a ton of value.
Less intensive than last year, more free time, which is unfortunate. However i understand the teachers also want some time to heal haha
More than satisfied, its the highlight of the year.
I’d love for it to be expanded to 2-3 weeks, even though it works well as a 6-day course as well. I think that would allow more time for applying ideas to one’s own material and to grow/create pieces there and make them more than just a first version. That wish of mine might be able to be realized in another way, by refining the daily lesson Documentation with a teacher.
I got new lenses to see my magic through. The group was fantastic and I enjoyed working in a smaller group more than in the bigger groups we worked in in the past. The structure and teaching was all top notch.
Absolutely! I can give the course my highest recommendations!
Yes, course C is everything I could have hoped for. Implementing A and B plus new elements from C was very inspiring and opened up doors in my magic
Again. 110% Satisfied. Time well spent (because money was not spent that much, because it all is quite cheap.)
