Tom, it was a great workshop. I’m so glad I attended. I became a better magician because of it. Thank you.
Thanks for a great three days!
The above may sound critical but I hope constructive. I was very pleased that I did the course and I enjoyed and learnt from it.
I wrote a blog on my experience, feel free to share: https://medium.com/@MrQuinn/art-of-magic-ca5516d91674
The course reminded me of similar exercises I’ve used in a professional capacity for digital product design. Google Ventures Design Sprints use similar exercises to create a product, feature or solution and have it tested with users within a week. I think there are some exercises from that process which could be directly applied to this course, tasks surrounding idea generation and selection. They have a website and a great book describing the process here: https://www.gv.com/sprint/ Tom – thank you so much for designing and conducting this course. It was an absolute pleasure, and incredibly inspiring. I truly hope you come back and teach a part 2. It was great to meet you and I’ll hopefully see you again.
Nothing more :). Loved it, 10/10.
Jag är mycket nöjd som sagt! Hoppas kunna gå fler kurser i framtiden.
Kudos on your hard work.
continue with the amazing work
En superbra och lärorik workshop och Tom är en väldigt duktig magiker, uppfinnare och lärare!! Jag är sååå glad att jag anmälde mig!! TACK!!
Really truly a great opportunity for performers and magicians to take part in. It has greatly improved my confidence in myself, working with others and it has taught me to trust in myself and my magic. Everyone is on the same page in terms of learning we all never stop learning and this is the perfect step to helping us realise we can help each other succeed with our ideas in magic.
Just a suggestion: after our workshop a facebook group was created for us to discuss and reconnect. Why not have all courses added to the same group so that students that have experienced the same lectures all over the world can share their thoughts with one another as well as any small projects they are working on..?
